Cooking Classes

Choose from different menus and we will come to your facility or home and prepare everything right in front of your eyes. It’s like having a cooking show right in your own home! Recipes of all dishes are included with the class. Classes can be structured with as much or as little guest participation as you would like.

Cooking Lessons

Private or semi-private lessons; ideal for individuals or small groups. These lessons are more hands on than our classes and can be combined with our menu development services. Whether you are new to the kitchen or hosting a party, we will collaborate with you on a menu and teach you how to make each item, step by step. One time or repeating lessons available.

Private Dining

Hire a chef for your next event! With this service there are no set menus. Together we will develop a menu that will not only satisfy you and your guests, but also fit your budget. Service includes in-home preparation of the meal. Your chef will prepare everything in your kitchen and serve all guests up to and including dessert.

Personal Chef

Traditional personal chef service includes preparation of a specified amount of meals. All meals will be prepared in the client’s kitchen and left in the refrigerator or freezer. All meals come with re-heating instructions and nutritional information. Client food preference questionnaire filled out beforehand to ensure that all meals meet dietary and taste specifications.

Prep-It-All Events

Chef will prep and assemble everything at your house. When it is party time, all you have to do is put the hot dishes in the oven and set out the cold dishes. All hot dishes come with heating instructions and cold dishes are plated using your serving dishes. A great way to add an upscale look to any party.
