This is a bit different than what I usually post, but I found it really interesting and wanted to share.  Cooking and fitness are my two passions.  And I need to do more yoga.  I know the benefits, have felt the positive effects of practicing yoga, but somehow, I never make the time for it.  Maybe this will help.
