Menu included : Steak, Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Dolce Crostini, Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Garlic Oil Asparagus and Roasted Parmesan Garlic Potatoes Red Wine Poached Pear with Mascarpone and Shortbread This event was in honor of the client’s husband’s birthday. It went extremely well – with both arguing over who got to eat the leftovers the next day!
