Homemade Cannoli

16 mini cannoli shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp orange zest

3/4 cup chocolate chips

2 tbsp Nutella

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, orange zest and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, until well combined. Put in resealable plastic bag; refrigerate for 2 hours.

Remove filling from refrigerator. Cut a small piece off one of the bottom corners of the bag. Pipe filling into shells. Roughly chop 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and place into shallow bowl. Dip ends of cannoli into chocolate chips.

Melt remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and mix with Nutella. Sprinkle cannoli with powdered sugar and drizzle Nutella mixture over the top.
