Check out the info-graphic below – created by yours truly! My first time making one! The finger touch method is one of my favorite “tricks” learned as a chef. I honestly use it all the time and I find it to be very accurate. I’ll still use an instant read thermometer for larger cuts of meat and say, a whole turkey, but for everyday burgers, tenderloins and steaks, the finger touch method is the way to go. Try it out – it works and you’ll love it.
