Happy Monday! I figured I would start this week’s posts with an all purpose BBQ rub since it is supposed to reach the 80’s by Tuesday in Chicago, which is perfect ”crack a cold one, throw some meat on the grill after work” weather. This versatile rub is great on ribs, pork chops or loins and chicken. Whatever you use it on, it adds layers of flavor – smokiness, sweetness and a bit of heat all in one! It is even better if used when smoking meat. Make a big batch and store in an airtight container to use all grilling season long.
